Today, make an attempt to burn at least 300 calories by participating in some form of exercise. Use a piece of cardio equipment like an ellipitical machine or stair-stepper that uses a program panel to calculate calorie burn based on your body weight or pick one of the basic activities listed below to meet your goal.
